We’re Certified in Physiotherapy

Providing excellent service to our clients in Shropshire

Physiotherapy (Shrewsbury Physio)

At the clinic I use a variety of physiotherapy treatment methods utilising the most appropriate and up to date techniques.

At the clinic I teach small groups of up to 4 people or 1-1 sessions . We can work on specific areas / strength and flexibility work and improving your overall core strength. I do love using weights / bands and other equipment but all you need is to bring a mat!

I use acupuncture techniques to target trigger points that are a direct source of pain in order to help restore pain free movement.

Experience the profound relief of our Deep Tissue Massage, designed to target and alleviate deep-seated muscle tension and discomfort. This therapeutic massage technique employs slow, deliberate strokes and focused pressure to penetrate the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Ideal for addressing chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and sports-related injuries, our skilled therapists customize each session to your specific needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

We do like to examine and treat the area we need to work on, so suitable clothing that you can remove if necessary is always extremely helpful for me to carry out a full assessment.

Most patients do require at least one follow up visit. I do try and get the issue resolved within 3 appointments or if needed a referral on to another health care professional.

I always try and fit in whatever is asked of me if the time allows! So please come with other issues and if we run out of time I can always advise.

Yes!

Yes, I am registered with a select few, or some people pay up front and I then send an invoice they can claim it back.
